How much is delivery?
Delivery to the mainland UK using first class post or next day courier service is FREE. Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Please note, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, returns from UK mainland addresses are FREE - we can arrange collection of the unused goods at our expense. Please contact us for shipment prices outside the mainland UK.
Do you offer a guaranteed timeslot delivery service?
We do not normally offer guaranteed timeslot deliveries. However, if this is a problem for you please contact our Customer Service team who will do their best to help. All orders sent via a UPS courier will be provided with a tracking code, which can be entered here to follow the delivery. If you are worried that you will be out when our parcel arrives - then why not consider getting a Hippo Box.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7 day no-quibble money back guarantee providing the goods have not been open or used and are returned in their original packaging. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer free delivery and free returns. (Free delivery and returns apply only to UK mainland customers.) In the unlikely event you do not want to keep your purchase you must let us know within 7 days of delivery with an email or a letter. We will arrange for collection of the unused goods and a full refund.
Please note our free returns policy is only valid when we have arranged for the goods to be collected by our couriers and we can only cover one attempt to collect the goods. We will not be able to refund postage for goods that have been returned without prior agreement, for full details please see our Terms and Conditions.
