How much is delivery?
Delivery to the mainland UK using our standard service is FREE and takes 4-5 working days. We also offer an express service which is tracked and takes 1-2 working days for £4.95. Please note, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason returns from U.K. mainland addresses are FREE - we will arrange collection of the unused goods at our expense. Please contact us for shipment prices outside the mainland UK.

Do you offer a guaranteed timeslot delivery service?
We do not normally offer guaranteed timeslot deliveries. However, if this is a problem for you please contact our Customer Service team who will do their best to help. If you are worried that you will be out when our parcel arrives - then why not consider getting a Hippo Box

We offer a 14 day no-quibble money back guarantee provided the goods have not been used and when collected by us are returned in their original packaging.

All Silksleep products are made using only Grade A pure mulberry silk. No offcuts, factory seconds or mixed silk!

Is payment processing secure on your website?
Yes. We offer a choice of two payment processors. RomanPay and Google Checkout. Both are well-known internationally trusted providers of secure payment processing, allowing you to pay with all major credit and debit cards. We are unable to accept Amex cards when paying with Roman Pay checkout method.

Our free returns policy.
We are so confident in the quality of out products that we offer free delivery and free returns. (Free returns apply only to U.K. mainland customers.) In the unlikely event you do not want to keep your purchase just let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for collection of the unused goods and a full refund. All at our expense!
Please note our free returns policy is only valid when we have arranged for the goods to be collected by our couriers. We will not be able to refund postage for goods that have been returned without prior agreement.
